The agreement was signed by Mr. Bandar Al-Buhairi, CEO and Managing Director, and by the National Bank, Mr. Nasser Al-Fraih, Head of Corporate Banking, in the presence of Mr. Abdullah Al-Othaim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Othaim Company, and Mr. Tariq Al-Sadhan, CEO of the National Bank .
Mr. Bandar Al-Buhairi explained that this agreement comes within the framework of the strategic relationship with the Saudi National Bank as a strategic partner in the great transformation process witnessed by the company and to confirm its role as a leading national company in enhancing the contributions of the private sector in supporting the comprehensive development process witnessed by Saudi Arabia to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
