Cinema Viewers Obligations

Talking:

Viewers must refrain from talking or communicating in any manner that is disruptive to other viewers

Eating & Smoking:

Eat and drink quietly to avoid disturbing other viewers.
Smoking is prohibited within cinema halls.
No Food & Beverage from outside are permitted in Cinema.

Movie Recording:

Viewers are strictly prohibited from video recording or taking pictures inside the auditorium of any trailer or movie.

Movie Attendance:

Viewers are required to arrive on time to avoid disturbing other viewers

Seating & Ticketing:

Viewers are not allowed to place their feet or shoes on cinema seats.
Viewers must retain their ticket stub; failing to show a ticket upon request or sitting in an unassigned seat is prohibited.

Clothing:

Viewers must wear appropriate clothing and footwear that are aligned with KSA values and culture

Parenting:

Viewers should ensure their children are not left unattended and should try to minimize noise and disruption (e.g. crying, loud talking, running, etc.).
Children below the age of 3 are not permitted inside our auditorium.

Security:

Viewers are prohibited from bringing in, showing or using real or simulated weapons of any kind. Cinema operator reserves the right to check bags brought into the theatre.
Cinema may have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of our patrons. You consent to such security searches. Failure to consent and undergo a security search may result in you being denied entry to the cinema or venue without refund or other compensation.
Non-compliance may lead to the person or persons being reported to the authorities and denied future entry to Noir Cinema.

Others:

Management reserves the right to request the cardholder's identification for verification purposes.
Please note that all completed and confirmed transactions CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED.
Any amendment to your bookings thereafter must be made in person at the cinema location at least two (2) hours before the movie screening commences and will be subject to availability.
The management reserves the right, in unavoidable circumstances, to make changes to or cancel the movie or movie show times without prior notice.
Please note that proof of age may be required before entry into the cinema. Please produce a valid identity document that displays your photograph and date of birth as proof of age. Management reserves the right of admission to verify the age & to adhere with the censor policy.
Viewers are not allowed to verbally or physically harass Noir Cinema employees.

Operator's Obligations Towards Viewers

Venue Condition:

Noir Cinema shall ensure their venues are maintained and in good condition.

Staffing:

Noir Cinema shall provide highly trained staff that are able to manage and handle client inquiries, requests and complaints.

Movie Selection:

Noir Cinema shall provide a wide variety of movies that cater to different consumers backgrounds, ages and preferences.

Ticket Type Availability:

Noir Cinema should aim to have different ticket pricing and types (e.g. 2D, 3D, Premium View, Standard, etc.) that matches consumer needs.

Food & Beverage:

Noir Cinema shall offer various food & beverage options.
If you buy food or bevrage during the ticket booking process on our Website and the food and drink you ordered is unavailable when you arrive to collect it in cinema, we will offer you a substitute product (up to a value of the food and drink you purchased) or a refund.

Movie Experience:

Noir Cinema should aim to provide quality experience by having cinema screens, seating, projectors and sound systems in line with international cinema standards.Noir Cinema should start movies on time without any major delays.

Operatore's Obligations Towards GCAM

Licensing:

Noir Cinema shall abide by the standards, rules & regulations mentioned in the licenses covering activity, duration etc.
If any of the information contained in the license have changed after the issuance of the license, the related operator must inform GCAM of this change.

Movie Rating:

Noir Cinema abides by the rating set by GCAM for the related movies.
Rating must be showcased on the tickets, scheduling screens and any related advertising material.
Noir Cinema should have a copy of the film rating certificate from the distributor.

Local Production Support:

Noir Cinema shall ensure that sufficient locally produced movies are broadcasted within their venues to ensure the promotion and development of the local production industry.

Information Provision:

Noir Cinema shall at any time provide GCAM with any cinema related information and any other cinema related data when required.

Field Monitoring and Support:

Noir Cinema should cooperate with and facilitate the work of the field monitoring and control officers during their site visits.

Complaint Management:

Noir Cinema should channel any GCAM related complaint to GCAM customer service department in order to take the necessary actions.

Movie Termination:

Noir Cinema will terminate the exhibition of any movie deemed inappropriate by GAMR monitoring and control officers.

General Terms and Conditions

Website Services:

The terms and conditions set out below form the basis on which we, Noir Cinemas and its affiliates, provide you with the convenience of various services and information on-line. By accessing this website and the services and information offered, you are subject to and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Payment Services:

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in SAR.
Refunds if Any will be done through the Original Mode of Payment for Guests users only and should appear in the customer’s bank account within 14 business days or more.
Refunds to E-Wallet will be done for Registered users automatically.

Reservation Rights:

In accordance with the law of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or set by National Media Council movie viewers must meet the minimum qualifying age to watch movies with the respective ratings.
Noir Cinema therefore reserve the right to verify the age of and deny any patron who does not meet the minimum qualifying age, entry to any movie based on the relevant rating of that movie.
No refunds for purchased tickets will be made in such cases.
A child 3 years old & above will require a movie ticket to be admitted to any movie.

Liability:

Noir Cinemas KSA shall not be liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential damage or losses howsoever arising. Any liability Noir Cinemas KSA have is limited to actual damages;
Noir Cinemas KSA are not liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of their respective obligations that are caused by events outside Noir Cinemas KSA reasonable control;
Where erroneous pricing information has been given to you, and the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized by you as erroneous, we will not be obliged to supply the item at the incorrect price.
Noir Cinemas KSA total liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the purchase of tickets, 3D glasses or food and drink via the Website or Mobile Apps shall be limited to the price paid by you for those tickets, 3D glasses and/or food and drink.

Returns Policy:

Movie tickets once sold online for Noir Cinemas are done so on a no returns, exchange, or cancellation basis.
Refunds or complimentary passes will not be issued for incorrect selection of showtimes, dates, screening types (families or singles) ratings, or movies.
Please review your booking summary carefully and double-check that the session and ticket information under the “You Have Selected” heading is correct before proceeding to checkout. By completing your transaction and clicking on the “Purchase Now” button, you agree to accept this policy.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
